Reservation Changes

For urgent matters, if you need to change the reservation time, a $5 fee will be charged. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

Cancellations

Canceling your reservation is free of charge. We understand that plans can change, so please inform us promptly if you need to cancel your booking.

Non-Accepted Reservations

Reservations will not be accepted for restaurants that do not accept any type of reservations. Please ensure the restaurant you wish to book with allows reservations.

No Refunds After Booking

Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be given if you wish to cancel your reservation. We encourage you to double-check your plans before finalizing your booking.
